1900 Registered envelope from Finland to Peking showing two types of the Peking EMERGENCY CANCELLER which were improvised during the siege of the Legations, with the Type 9 state A cancel struck on arrival, held in Peking before being to returned to the sender and struck on the reverse with the Type 5 on despatch, very fine and rare incoming mail
