1862-64 1s Rose-Lake imperf., just touched to clear margins, with “CANCELLED” barred oval (made by Perkins Bacon as a gift to Rowland Hill’s family), fine and extremely rare with only 2 examples recorded from the original block of four (SG £12’000)
