1876 5 Shahi postal stationery envelope and 2nd Portrait 5 Shahi, from Meched to Tehera, cancelled and tied by MECHED/14.3 (1880) cds and arrival ds alongside, paying the Ten Shahi internal double letter rate, very fine and extremely rare usage, apparently the only recorded example of this franking Catalogue ref: 38A+42
