1878 Postal Stationery. PERSANA type. Two 5sh irregularly BISECTED cards to a value of 2 1/2sh of the Persian 1st Portrait issue. Red handstamp on top. The irregularity is different as one is cut the left side out and the other the right side out. (Persiphila PC3)
