1876 10 Shahi, BISECTED single tied on cover from Yezd via Schiras to Kazeroun, by YEZD/2.12 (1879) cds, paying the Five Shahi internal single letter rate, some cover defects, fine and an extremely rare bisected usage Note: This cover included a petition sent to Seyyed Mohammad Hossein Shaikh-el-Islam, a well known religious leader and Teheran Bazar merchant, who later as a constitutionalist encouraged Mozaffar-eddin Shah Qajar to accept and sign the decree of Constitution
