1867-81 Attractive, comprehensive and valuable unused assembly of early issues with strength in the surcharges, including many rarities especially 1873-79 1s lilac (SG 6, £5’000), 1881 2 1/2d on 1s with type 16 (SG 26, £4’000) etc., some usual faults & gum with much redistribution, mixed to fine, a very rare group, excellent basis for study and expansion (SG £28’000+)
