1841 (Feb 2) 1d Mulready envelope, stereo A163, sent to the CAPE OF GOOD HOPE, with ms “3/11” and “TO PAY” boxed hs, paying double the 4d ship rate and triple the 1/1d letter rate in the Cape, dated on reverse in ms, some cover wear and stains, one of only three known Mulreadies to the Cape
