1912 Republic Statistical Department, Shanghai: 1c ochre block of 62 with variety misplaced overprint (13mm left) resulting in sixteen pairs with and without overprint across the four panes, part to large part original gum; a few split perforations at top between the panes, an attractive and highly desirable example of this scarce variety, a very important block which is of exhibition calibre (Chan 167g, SG193d)
