1912 Registered AR cover to London franked at back 2pi (damaged at top right) + 1pi bearing clear violet postmarks of OCHRI 26.1.12, London arrival alongside and at front provisional manuscript registered / AR marking, a fine and scarce cover
NOTE: the same year (Nov.1912) Ottoman OCHRI was occupied by Serbia during the 2nd Balkan War Auction
