SOLD 1850-1970, Important and attractive primarily mint collection of British Empire stamps in seven Scott Speciality albums, from Aden to Zanzibar with great strength throughout, especially extensive sections of Falklands, Australia and States with good NSW, New Zealand, African colonies, Asia with India (surprising Indian States), Ceylon, Malay area incl. Labuan, also Bahrain, Bangkok B’s, extensive Cyprus, Gibraltar with values up to £1, Malta KGV 5s with unshaded scroll variety, and KGVI 2s, six with rare value tablet fault, extensive GB offices abroad section, Canada Large and Small Queens, BWI with values to £1, quality is generally very good with only a few faults in the early years, later material is simply very fine, a wonderful collection and an excellent basis for expansion Catalogue
