1840 (May 6) Entire from London to Coventry with 1840 1d black pl.1b HB (showing re-entry marks), very close at lower left corner to good margins, tied by red MC, with clear May 6 1840 cds and octagonal ds, sellotape stain underneath stamp and cover slightly soiled, fine and very scarce first day usage, unrecorded by Jackson in “May Dates”
