Description
1968 ORIGINAL ARTWORK by artist Peter Sinawehl of the 2s Ettrich Dove in a skeleton drawing in black ink plus a painting with the final design of the 2s value in brownish black and brownish grey background but with value tablet of never issued 3S value, both in A4 format approx., very fine and beautiful artwork
Note: Sinawehl was designer and lithograph at Austrian Printers (former Staatsdruckerei) and started his career as a designer for stamps (inland & foreign) with this airmail issue where his designs won a Youth Contest made for the IFA 1968 issue Catalogue ref: 1262
