1961-1963 Proof print in blue on micro-thin metal foil (similar to the Soviet issued metal foil stamps in 1962) for a possible new issue or a vignette (?) for the, at that time, very popular Starflash Camera showing inscription “Photographieren Sie schon mit der Starflash”, adhesive design by Proksch (probably Peter Proksch?)
