35k Arms, “THE INVERTED CENTRE,” showing superb offset of frame at back and INVERTED CENTRE PRINT on gum side, small stain bottom left corner, very fine mint with hinge traces. This error has never been seen before on any of the Arms issues (nor on any other issue). (This error should not be confused with the large amount of miscellaneous printing errors and varieties, as this is clearly an inverted centre error, unknown and never recorded on the kopek values) A unique and amazing exhibition item
