1942 Set of 4 British banknotes (5£, 10£, 20£ and 50£) forged at concentration camp Sachsenhausen. The forgeries were part of a NAZI operation to destabilize the British Currency, a quite rare set today. These forgeries were also the subject of an Oscar winning film called “The Counterfeiters” (Est. €1’000/1’500) Auction
