1859 (Nov 14) Envelope from Launceston to Ireland with 1857-69 COMPLETE SET of values with 1d brick red, 2d deep green and 4d pale blue, very mixed margins, paying the scarce 9d rate “via Marseilles” for 1/4oz, tied by “60” numerals (2nd allocation) of Launceston with despatch ds adjacent, reverse with Dublin and Bally Gawley cds, fine and a stunningly colourful franking Catalogue
