1858 (Feb 16) Wrapper from Hobart to Melbourne, Victoria, with two 1857-69 2d yellowish green with wmk inverted, just touched on one stamp, cancelled by single “62” numeral with despatch cds below, reverse with “SHIP LETTER / FREE / GPO VICTORIA” ds, one stamp lifted and hinged in place to check wmk, showing that this printing with inverted wmk was in use prior to the normal wmk printings, and LATEST KNOWN example of the Inter-Colonial Letter Rate (which increased to 6d on Mar 1),
