1891 (Mar 6) Envelope at registered triple-letter rate to Germany with four 1889-1900 20pf (vert. strip of three and single) tied by German Zanzibar cds, with ms registration label adjacent (2nd type, used during the period of Feb 1891 till its close in July), vert. crease affecting one stamp, Weisbaden arrival cds, fine and very rare usage, cert.
