1916-21 Ottoman Stamps Printed in Austro-Hungarian State Printing House, Vienna during World War 1 specialised collection on exhibition pages from 50th Anniversary of the City Post with set in matching blocks of 9 imperf, 1916 Dolmabahce Palace with Madagascar Specimens, perforation varieties, essays, proofs and postal history, noted largest known multiples of 5pa and 2pi, 1918 unissued Mount Sinai set of 6 in imperf pairs, proofs and essays including photographic, Austria-Hungarian State Printing House commemorative album (500 prepared), Star and Crescent overprints, 1919 Armistice including Post Office souvenir sheet with 8 values, 1919 Accession of Sultan Vahideddin with errors and varieties plus complete set on page produced by Republic of Turkey in 1930 (only one in private hands). An extremely fine assembly with a wealth of specialised stamps and postal history
