20m Blue, complete tab strip of ten, perf 11, with extra line of perfs at foot, PERF 10, printed from Shabtai setting A on thin yellowish paper, and showing DOUBLE VERT. PERFS between stamps 3 & 4, 6 & 7, 9 & 10 and at right margin, nh, few gum toned spots typical of the earliest printings, fresh and very fine, cert.
