Ministry of Communications black proof sheet, serial n° 2688, no gum, nh, slight wrinkle from moisture else very fine. Accompanied by un-numbered presumed reprints on yellow paper (x 2) and on white, plus cut-out sets on both papers. See Rothman & Tsachor, pp.83-85. Some 4’000 sheets were produced and distributed as a gift with the first issue of “Habulai Ha’Ivri” (philatelic journal)
