INTERIM PERIOD COVER addressed to London, England, franked with 2×10 M.H. stamps, PLUS an additional 10m+5m Mandate stamps, all tied by 2x Tel Aviv M.H. cancels. Correct rate is 20m, but M.H. stamps not valid, and 15m Mandate stamps insufficient. Slight stain from paperclip, plus rough opening. Unusual Auction
