BARBADOS: 1855 (Nov 11) Entire to the USA with 1852-55 (1d) blue, just touched at top left, tied by “1” numeral with the red type CC1 “PAID / AT / BARBADOES” crown circle hs and Charleston arrival cds adjacent, with ms “2/-” rate and London cds adjacent, reverse with despatch and St. Thomas cds, fine and scarce combination of CC and stamp, ex Olive Blossom, around 150 covers recorded by Freeland (SG £475) Auction
