PERU, CALLAO: 1876 (Sep 28) Envelope to Italy with 1/2d pl.5, 1d pl.190 and 6d grey pl.14 strip of three and single (folded over edge) in combination with Peru 1876 1p orange-yellow BISECT, all tied by “C38” numerals, Callao and Sori bs, some trivial stamp and cover faults (incl. missing backflap), still a very rare franking with the Peruvian bisect (only a few known), ex LeBow, cert.
