1915 Large size heavy registered letter to Petrograd franked at back 1908 issue 10k (strip of 4, scarce light blue shade) + 20k + Romanov 2k, totalling a 62k rate, bearing ‘KHARBIN 31.7.15’ cds (Tchil.fig.no.589), arrival marking Petrograd in lilac at back, registered heavy weight rate letters are excessively rare from Kharbin as most of the mail were postcards and (scarcer already) single rate ordinary letters Auction
