20k thinner paper with slightly shifted papermark ‘2’ to the top, LATVIJA used with dotted circled numeral 38 of RIGA, some perfs repaired otherwise very fine example of this difficult adhesive, according to cert. Hovest with paper thickness of 0,111mm (but we still would group that under the thin paper, Mi 3(y), Standard 3, Lyapin 3 Catalogue ref: 3
