1pi black on grey, two singles, on 1864 Tughra cover from Istanbul addressed to Edirne (Adrianople – Turkey), tied by a very clear and neat Battal cancellation of Deraliye (Brandt type I/3) in black, at the back of the cover there is a registration mark in blue, unusual & scarce
