10m Blue, perf. 9, a severed pair (faults) cancelled by SEOUL 26 NOV 1884 cds. Used examples are extremely rare as the P.O. only opened for business on Nov. 18 and was completely burnt on Dec. 4 1884. Only two pairs and few singles recorded.
