CENTRAL LITHUANIA: 1920 Srodkowa Litwa & Arms 4m on 30s ovpt, vertical lower marginal pair with overprint misplaced upwards variety causing “Srodkowa” to be placed on the bottom of the upper stamp and completely missing from the bottom stamp, mint nh, only 1 sheet thought to exist (i.e. 10 stamps), very fine, cert.
