10m Magenta, right marginal tab block of 9, rare perf 10.8 as mentioned by Bale for FCV510.4, perforated at top and at left plus at right of left row, leaving 6 stamps (two tabs) imperf between and at right margin, astounding showpiece and probably unique thus, nh except dull spot (trace of hinge?) at base of one tab, slight gum wrinkles as often on this thin transparent paper, very fine, 1979 Friedl cert. and 2006 cert. Tsachor, who states this is one of five recorded items perforated 10.8 (Bale $4’500++)
