1920 Cover improvised from official form used for registered letter to STATION MANGOW; CER, franked 50k block of 4, 70k vertical pair + 15k, cancelled at HARBIN CENTRAL RAILWAY STATION with HARBIN/RAILWAY STATION 29 4 20 oval datestamps and reg.’ label in association, passed to HARBIN town P.O. same day (backstamp), also included viewcard depicting the Harbin Railway Station 1920年貼50戈比方連掛號封寄MANGOW火車站，另加貼70戈比直雙連及15戈比，銷哈爾濱中央鐵路火車站及哈爾濱/鐵路火車站29.4.20橢圓戳，附掛號標貼，銷同日哈爾濱同日到達戳，另附哈爾濱火車站明信片。
