1914 Registered cover to Germany from a Russian Colonel at “Chas-das-Chetsy, Mandschruie, China”, a station on Line 263/264, franked on the reverse with 20k Arms tied by “HANDAOCHETZE, STATION OF CHINESE EASTERN RAILWAY” 1.5.14 cds (T&S type 3), Chandindaocheczy reg’n label on obverse, very fine 1914年由俄國上校於「Chas-das-Chetsy, Manschruie, China」掛號寄德國於263/ 264火車線，背貼20戈比軍徽圖，銷「HANDAOCHETZE，中國東部鐵路火車站」1.5.14戳「T&S 3型」，另附Chandindaocheczy掛號標籤。
