Description
1912 3k Postal stationery card from Station Tsitsikar (C.E.R. Line 261/262) to Portugal, uprated with 1k Arms and both cancelled by “MANCHULI – 261 – HARBIN d” 16.3.21 (error for 12) oval ds, Portuguese arrival, very fine.
Note: Not only was the year date incorrect, but the eastbound cancel (261) was wrongly used instead of the westbound (262) cancel 1912年3戈比郵資片從Tsitsikar火車站(C.E.R. 261/ 262 線)寄葡萄牙，另加貼1戈比，銷「滿州里-261-哈爾濱d」16.3.21戳 (誤值12當21)，葡萄牙到達戳。
備註︰不單只此年份誤值，連東邊線戳(261)也誤用當作西邊線戳(262)。
