1904 Postcard to Wales franked Korea 6ch tied by Chemulpo cds, taken by ship to Vladivostok or Port Arthur to connect with C.E.R., transit mark applied POSTAL WAGON No. 261 (4) 26 1 1904 (year inverted), (fair strike only) PW No. 261 ran eastwards from Manchuli to Harbin (the wrong direction for westbound mail), yet another example of the postal clerks neglecting to change the cancellers, card lightly soiled 1904年明信片寄威爾斯貼韓國6錢，銷Chemalpo戳，由船上到海參威或旅大連接至CER線。郵政火車第261(4)26.1.1904中轉「倒年份」，郵政火車第261東行線由滿州里至哈爾濱(錯誤用西邊境郵件方向)，又是一件郵務員忘記更換郵戳片，微損。
