MANCHULI: 1917 Registered cover to the Russian P.O.W. agency in Stockholm franked 20k on reverse tied by MANCHULI Type 2A dated 4 2 17, only recorded Type 2A cancel, registration labels in Cyrillic and Latin applied on obverse as required by regulations, opened and resealed by military censor in Petrograd, fine 滿州里：1917年掛號寄斯德哥爾摩的俄國俘虜營，背貼20戈比，銷「滿州里」2A型4.2.17，只有記錄2型戳，根據規條，掛號標籤均要貼上俄文及西方語文，及彼德格勒已檢及重封軍隊檢查印。
