HARBIN: 1915 Japanese handpainted picture postcard to England with 4k tied by Harbin 28.9.15 cds (subtype 4L), with crisp red “Military Censor Attached to Irkutsk Post Office” hs applied in transit through Siberia (Speeckaert type 2), minor soiling, fine 哈爾濱︰1915年日本彩繪明信片寄英國，貼「4戈比」銷哈爾濱，日期戳(T&S4L型)，另手蓋紅色「軍事查訖」附至郵局。此中轉戳專用於西伯利亞(Speeckaert型12)，微黃。
