20k Arms on thin paper, 2nd printing, tied to folded letter inscribed “sample without value” to St. Petersburg. by dotted numeral “2” of Moscow, boxed MOSCOW departure marking at back, very fine and unusually good imprint of the Moscow numeral postmark, rare and important cover as there are less then 20 examples known of the thin paper on cover, cert.
