1848-49 10k Grey Black envelope, 2nd watermark, value imprint type IV (similar to type I which has wide tail, but in this case with a small tail), also unusual small spacing between 1 (of 10 kop) and double-point, used with an official seal of the Governor of Tobolsk. According to Mikulski one of the great Imperial stationery rarities, rated as unique by Lobachevski cat., cert. Mikulski Catalogue ref: 4
