1930 (Jul) Envelope from Kampala in Kenya & Uganda sent underpaid to Zanzibar, with 1926-30 3c, 18c and 25c postage dues applied and tied by Zanzibar cds, later marked in red ink “Charges paid” and each crossed out and signed by the postmaster, some creasing, a very rare usage of the postage dues, cert.
