1895 (Nov 21) Envelope sent registered to England with 1890-92 8c die I, 4c die II and 1893 3c, all tied by Seychelles code A cds, London registered oval ds adjacent and Bradford bs. The franking only paid the 15c single letter rate, though the cover was accepted as registered in London without any attempt to collect the additional 12c registration fee, a great three-issue QV franking, very fine and unusual Auction
