CHEFOO: 1917 Native cover to Vladivostok with 1916 10k on 7k provisional tied by Chefoo 7.9.17 cds (Tchilinghirian type 2A), with Vladivostok cds and violet censor cachet on reverse, a rare franking, there is no previous record of the use of the 1916 provisionals in China proper (only in Mongolia and Sinkiang). 烟台:1917年,紅條封寄海參崴,貼俄國票10戈比加蓋7戈比,銷烟台日戳(1917.9.7)(Tchilinghirian 2A型),銷海參崴圓戳及紫色郵檢戳,少見的郵戳,在此封之前沒有其它俄國在華客郵的紀錄(只限蒙古及新疆)。
