TIENTSIN: 1918 Prisoner of War printed wrapper sent from the German P.O.W. Relief Agency used to send reading matter to a P.O.W. in Ust-Uda, Balagansk (Siberia), franked with Chinese surcharged 10c on 10k (2) and 50c on 50k, all tied by Tientsin 21.3.18 cds (T&S type 6), with bilingual (French and Russian) registered label, opened for display 天津:1918年俘虏印刷封套由德国俘虏救援组织寄印刷品至西伯利亚俘虏营,贴10分加盖10戈比两枚及50分加盖50戈比,全部销天津圆戳(1918.3.21)(T&S6型),另贴法文及俄文挂号标签,剪开作展示之用
