Postal stationery envelope 1 Kran of 1896 uprated 4x1sh to equal the external rate of 12 shahis and a reg fee of 12sh. Cancelled at Tabriz 15/5/98 (scarce pmk) sent to Vienna. No further markings. A registration oval mark. The sender Mr Aftandiloff was a stamp dealer in Tabriz and he corresponded at least for about 20 years with colleagues world wide.
