Sliven – İslimiye: 1874 Parcel receipt form for 98 piastres dated 30 Eylül 1290=12 October 1874 showing extremely rare and clear strike of Arabic with Crescent negative “İslimiye Postahanesi 1286” (Sliven Post Office 1870) handstamp in violet, a magnificent exhibition item of the highest calibre, unrecorded by any catalogue, signed Nakri
