Plovdiv-Filibe: 1873 cover from Plovdiv to Constantinople bearing Duloz 1869-71 issue 20 para green and 1870 postage due 2 piastres yellowish-brown tied by very clear strikes of Arabic double-circle “Filibe 81” handstamp in black (Coles & Walker fig. 19), reverse bearing “Şehir-City Post” overprinted 1 piastre Orange-brown (İsfila YPO 49) tied by bilingual Lianos type “Bachtche Capussi” oval datestamp for the İstanbul city delivery fee and bilingual Stamboul arrival postmark.
