1873 Letter from Canea (Oct. 8/20, 1873) to Syros franked with a blue François-Joseph 10 soldi. Black « PP » for « Partially Paid ». The Greek domestic rate of 20 lepta for a letter up to 15 grams was paid at the arrival disembarkement harbour, written on blue pencil, with a 20 lepta of the 1871/1872 printings.
