Cover from St. Petersburg to New York, franked by 1866-75 1k, 3k, 10k and 20k on horizontally laid paper, tied by dispatch cds’s, « Aus Russland/Franco » red cds of Aachen, « f7 » red crayon cancelled in blue and amended into « wf5 », and red New York cds alongside, embarked on the Cunard SS « Java » at Queenstown; a rare four-colour franking to pay the single rate per Prussian closed mail.
