George Bintinck », showing a red two line « COVE SHIP • LETTER », rated treble « 4/9 » and calculated as follows 8d ship letter rate + 2d Milford packer rate + Cove to Waterford 116 miles – Milford to London 258 miles = 374 miles 1/1d =1/11d x 3 =5/9d).
