Per Label. 2/- Per Row of 12. £2 Per Sheet… Place the Labels ABOVE the addrefs and Tow » and additionally showing the plate number « 3 », each stamp overprinted « SPECIMEN » large part original gum; some wrinkling or faults though a magnificent block, and a major exhibition rarity.
