1903 (Jan 20) envelope sent registered from Nairobi to England with 1896-1901 1a, 2 1/2a, 4 1/2a and 7 1/2a tied by Nairobi EA Protectorate hatched cds, possibly paying the quintuple rate, 2a registration, 8a insurance and 1/2a late fee, boxed registration hs below, reverse with Mombasa Foreign Registration Department cds, London arrival ds, small portion of backflap missing, a very attractive four-colour franking; ex Rossiter.
